Information used for your request
We collect your industry, company name, contact name, work email, optional WhatsApp number, company size, chosen workspace address, selected apps and acceptance of the trial terms. A limited request record and IP-based rate limits help prevent duplicate provisioning and abuse.
Why we use it
We use these details to verify your email, create and secure your private workspace, send verification and access messages, support the trial and respond to your questions. Your WhatsApp number is optional. Submitting a trial request is not an automatic paid subscription.
Your workspace
Each trial has its own database, files and restricted runtime. It starts clean rather than containing another customer's data. Outgoing integrations are disabled during evaluation. Avoid uploading sensitive or production-critical data.
Retention and expiry
The trial runs for 14 days after the workspace is ready. At expiry it is suspended, with its data retained and automatic deletion disabled. A later retention or deletion period will not be activated until OmniSolva publishes that policy. Contact us for a data request or to discuss keeping the same workspace under a separately agreed subscription.
Service providers and browser features
Verification and access messages use OmniSolva's configured email service. Optional website translation is loaded only after an explicit language choice; it is not automatically loaded on the trial form. Private request tokens are used to protect status and verification access.
