OmniSolva private trial terms

These terms apply to private 14-day workspaces requested through OmniSolva's trial signup. They do not change an existing customer contract or the separate 30-minute sample demos.

This public update does not amend an agreement already signed. Signed agreements retain their original prices, refund rights, support commitments, governing-law, court, arbitration and other agreed terms unless the relevant parties separately agree an amendment.

What the trial includes

A private, clean workspace with the supported apps you select. Availability depends on the industry selected. The trial lasts 14 days from the time the workspace is verified ready. Its exact expiry is shown on your request status and inside the workspace. Your email must be verified before setup.

No automatic payment

No credit card is required. A trial never becomes paid automatically. A subscription requires a separate, explicit commercial agreement. Contact OmniSolva before expiry to arrange to retain the same workspace and its data.

A safe evaluation environment

The trial is for evaluating the apps. Outgoing email, payments, webhooks, scheduled automation, SaaS provisioning and other external integrations are disabled. Do not use the workspace for live payments, real customer communications or critical production work. Do not upload payment-card information or sensitive personal data for this evaluation.

Expiry and your data

At expiry, workspace access is suspended and new changes stop. The workspace and its data are retained; expiry does not authorize deletion. Automatic deletion is disabled. No post-expiry retention or deletion interval has been published for these trials. Any later interval will be configured only after OmniSolva publishes the applicable policy. Contact us to discuss a subscription, export, or a specific data request.

Availability and fair use

Workspace setup is subject to safe server capacity. If capacity is unavailable, your verified request waits and no trial time is consumed. Abuse limits protect other users. Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass restrictions or create unnecessary duplicate trials.
